Left the area and surrounded area clean giving it a through wash. Charges for the service was fantastic and never charged for call out fee! "It’s a shame that I can’t put more stars! We called the guys yesterday, he came today ON TIME and he really struggle to do the job but at the end .. after about 1 hour, he unblocked the blocage. There price is significantly low . We had a plumber and Severn Trent who came to our property and no one wanted to to the job from the drain which was invisibly blocked from outside but still in our property . So I highly recommend them, they deserve it as they are working hard a, they only leave when the job is done and you are charged for something ! Finally I would like to thanks this service because now we can reuse our toilets."

I called Drainage Rescue after 9pm on new year's day and was given the price for the Toilet blockage and they didn't charge me call-out or extras although it's new year's day . They came out at 11pm on the same night because it was an emergency and we need to use the toilet. They unblocked it within 30 minutes. They also gave me some good advice about my drain, as I don't have manhole covers in my garden. Very happy with the service."

"Called them as an emergency. Came within 45mins on a bank holiday weekend. Was a very massive fatberg blockage. Sent the jet down quite a few times to make sure it had cleared properly.
